SHIPPING INFORMATION/POLICIES WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “IN STOCK” AND “SPECIAL ORDER” ITEMS?
In Stock items are ready for immediate delivery (5-8 days via Best Way Ground within the contiguous US). For in stock items, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be proceeded the following Monday. “Special Order” items are not currently in stock. Some manufactures will drop items directly to you others will only ship to us. Once we get the item we will forward it to you as soon as possible. We will email you with approximate shipping time once we get confirmation from manufacturer. “Special Order” items may only be delivered via Best Way Ground (domestic) or International Best Way Air (international).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes. Depending on the country and region, we ship via UPS or USPS. Due to government regulations, we cannot ship exotic skin boots to some countries. We regret that some vendors do not allow us to ship their products internationally.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS CHARGES? You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges. Extra Handling Charge – an extra handling charged will be applied, in the cart, to large items that are bulky and/or heavy.
SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping cost is based on the physical size of your order total. International Shipping Charges International shipment cost are determined by International Shipping Zone.
Once, we have your order in hand we will have it weighted and priced by the USPS to evaluate the cost and fill out the customs form. We can confirm with you via email that the price is acceptable and proceed to charge customer for shipping at that time.
